Kendall Park Baptist Church reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at church-sponsored events or on church property, without the expressed written permission of those appearing in such media.

Photos and videos may be used by Kendall Park Baptist Church and its ministries in publications or media materials, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newsletters, newspapers, magazines, television, billboards, websites, and social media.

To protect privacy, individuals—especially children—will not be identified by full name or with personal identifying information without prior written consent from the individual (or from a parent/guardian in the case of minors).

Anyone attending a Kendall Park Baptist Church event who does not wish to be photographed or recorded should inform the photographer or event organizer at the time of the event, or notify the church office in writing at 3583 NJ-27, Franklin Park, NJ 08824, and provide a current photograph for identification purposes. This photo will be kept in confidence and used only to help us honor your request.

By participating in a Kendall Park Baptist Church event, or by failing to notify the church in writing of your desire not to be photographed, you are granting permission and agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Kendall Park Baptist Church from any and all claims related to the use of your image or likeness.

No staff member, volunteer, or outside organization may use, copy, alter, or distribute photographs, videos, or other media owned by Kendall Park Baptist Church without prior written consent from the church.
